The acidity-basicity of the fluid inside the human body can be adjusted by the proper diet. The increasing intake of the alkaline food can improve the acidic physical constitution and enhance the intelligence for children. Therefore, the experts advise parents to change the dietary structure and increase the alkaline food for the kids so as to improve the intelligence.
In everyday life, children should decrease the intake of fish, meat and oily food and increase the intake of soy bean products, dairy products, fruits and vegetables. The food like walnut and red jujube can also enhance the intelligence. In addition, the food containing abundant vitamin C can also promote the intelligence for the human body. However, the intake of the alkaline food must be increased moderately. Parents can not just provide the food like vegetables and fruits for their children. This is because the essential nutrients like protein and fat are mostly contained in acidic food. Therefore, children should absorb acidic food and alkaline food properly.
