Why Detox?

Is your main concern losing weight? The answer starts with detox. Is your main concern a general awareness for a healthier lifestyle? The answer begins with detox. Do you want more energy? Detox. More stamina? Detox. More comfortable digestion? I don’t think I have to say it again…

The magic of detox works in many ways. Firstly, its important to know the harm that NOT detoxing is actually causing. Many of your best efforts can be potentially wasted if you don’t first recognize the need to cleanse the colon.

The colon is an important mechanism for clearing out waste the body needs rid of. As our bodies digest food, the unwanted fat, toxins and other harmful elements are flushed out through the colon. After time, much of this waste begins to stick and build to the walls of our colon (much the way you would associate cholesterol building to the arteries). This kind of buildup is unnatural and very counter-productive to the entire digestion process. As more of this buildup continues, the body finds it more difficult to rid itself of this unwanted, harmful waste. So it begins to store it in other places; mainly, you guess it, as fat. It becomes increasingly harder to lose weight then, if the body is unable to function in such a way as to allow the fat to be removed through the colon the way it is designed to do so.

A cleansed, healthy colon is able to rid the body of this waste much faster and easier, so less and less of it will be stored as fat or continue to build up inside the colon itself, as much of it is probably built up inside of yours! On average it is thought that any given person is holding up to 8 meals worth of buildup in their colon. Think of how many pounds that must be that you could easily rid your own body of! Not to mention allow the capacity to clear out more now that your colon can do its job properly!

Much of the effort to lose weight will be wasted if the body is not naturally able to rid itself in the first place. So, as I mentioned before, the answer definitely starts with detox. If you want to reach your goal and are frustrated with how hard you’ve been working and not seeing results, its probably because your body is unable to let you. Once your colon is clear and healthy, you’ll be amazed at the results!
