6 Secrets to Weight Loss – Secret 1

The first secret to weight loss is more of a principle than something you can do practically and it’s essential to know if you want to lose weight.

For years now excess fat that we find on our belly, hips or bum has been put down to being an excess in food calories (energy) that we do not “burn off” through our exercise or general activity during the day. There is now a theory that claims this to be false.

Excess body fat now is seen to be an accumulation of waste products from our diet and exercise that has not able to have been eliminated from the body by naturals means, as food goes in it is broken down to used by the body, as a result of digestion nutrients are extracted from the food and used by the body and the left over food needs to eliminated.

If there is too much food left over the body can’t remove it quick enough, this begins to fester and toxins grow. For example if we leave household rubbish in the trash and it doesn’t get removed by the trash collectors rats and other vermin will gather and feed on it.

To overcome this our body uses its emergency landfill sites or the fat stores to store the waste, excess fat has nothing to do with calories and everything to do with the left over food that has no use within the body. Eating too much poor quality food, which we will look at in more detail later will make you fat, eating foods that are packed with nutrients will make you thin.

Limit the amount of toxins going in and your body fat will disappear. Highly toxic foods and drinks are:

Meats

Dairy

Sugary Foods

Starchy foods

Alcohol

Caffeine

So when you hear about people going for lypo suction to cut the fat out but still live the same way they will eventually be back o square 1.

The same goes for detox weekends they are a great idea but used in completely the wrong way by most, the majority detoxify there body over the weekend, lose weight and when the weekend finishes go back to there normal way of living and wonder why the weight goes back on.
